When soldering electronic circuit boards, there are some skills that need to be mastered in order to perform SMD soldering better and faster:
1. Before the circuit board is soldered, the components need to be inserted into the PCB board, which must be in the specified position, and then the component and the PCB connection position, apply flux and solder.
2. Electronic soldering process. After the electric soldering iron is hot, apply a proper amount of solder on the edge of the soldering iron tip. As for the amount of solder applied, the appropriate amount depends on the size of the solder joint. When soldering, hold the soldering iron in your hand and place the tip of the soldering iron. The soldered edge is in contact with the component lead, in order to ensure that the solder joint is firm and can penetrate into the gap of the object to be soldered, during soldering, it can be moved appropriately according to the shape of the solder joint, so that the flowing solder can fully cover the solder joint. The time between the head edge and the component lead should not be too long, too long will cause welding defects, but the contact time must not be too short, too short a time will cause false welding and false welding. The most suitable welding time About 3-5 seconds, then remove the soldering iron separately.
3. After the electric soldering iron can be moved quickly and the electric soldering iron can be driven back a bit, quickly leave the solder joints, so that when the solder joints are cooled, the solder joints produced are bright in color and round and smooth. After the electronic soldering process is completed, check whether the soldering is intact , Use auxiliary tools to clamp the components that have been welded and pull the components with appropriate strength to see if the welding quality is qualified.
